Good afternoon! The WHS boys basketball team plays in the state tournament’s first round this Wednesday, March 12, at 1:30 PM at the Big House. To allow staff and students to attend, there will be no classes that day. We hope you can make the trip to OKC to support our team! Go Eagles!

We want to inform all parents that the afternoon bus routes will be running approximately 20 minutes behind the normal schedule today.

Weatherford Public Schools are planning to have school tomorrow! With the extremely cold temperatures, please ensure children stay indoors while waiting for the bus and avoid arriving at school before the doors open. Stay safe and warm—we’ll see you in the morning!
Weatherford Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18th. Stay safe and warm.
WPS will not have school on Thursday, February 13. While many streets and roads are passable, we still have several bus routes that will be slick and dangerous in the morning. Additionally, Friday, February 14 is a scheduled day off. Stay safe and have a good weekend!
Due to hazardous road conditions expected tomorrow morning, the Weatherford School District will be closed on Wednesday, February 12.
Reminder: Class Picture Day Tomorrow
Miss Oklahoma Teen Volunteer, Landri Jones from Weatherford High School came to read to Mrs. Sampley’s first grade classroom today! She read them Valentine’s Day stories while they made Valentine’s Days Cards for kids at St. Jude’s Hospital in Tennessee.
