Due to the HS track meet today, all students who are shuttled to Burcham will need to be picked up on the south side of Pine Acres church at their normal times. Thank you.

We’re still needing volunteers for 1st grade Burcham Bonanza for THIS FRIDAY!! We only have 8 parent volunteers and need 30 total! Let your student’s teacher know or send the sign up sheet back to school if you’d like to help out!

The Burcham Bonanza is coming up next Friday, April 26th for Kindergarten and 1st Grade students! We will need volunteers to help run each station that day. A sign-up sheet for volunteers has been sent home with each KG and 1st Grade student.

TOMORROW, APRIL 16 4:00-6:00 PM in the Burcham Gym! Weatherford Eagles, are your little eaglets ready to start school?? If your child will be turning 4 on/before September 1, 2024 we invite you to complete our Pre-K enrollment survey for the 2024-2025 school year! Please complete the survey before Enrollment Night and bring your required documents to one of our Enrollment Nights, April 16th or 18th from 4pm-6pm in the Burcham Gym to secure your spot. Burcham’s Dub Town Little Eagles attended Special Olympics in Yukon last week!

Join us in supporting a former student battling cancer by donating to our coin drive. Every penny counts, and your contribution can make a huge difference. A collection bucket will be found in each WPS school front office. Donations are accepted from April 15th - April 19th. Thank you for your support!

Fun is being had at the Burcham Carnival. Come play games until 8:15 tonight.

Phillip and Shelly Martinson at SWOSU gave an introduction of musical instruments through a music concert to the Pre-K students.

BURCHAM CARNIVAL WRISTBANDS! We will be selling wristbands again this year for the Burcham Carnival. A wristband will allow your child to play at any booth! They will be $20 each. We will begin selling wristbands during school on Thursday. April 4th. The last day of selling wristbands at school will be Wednesday. April 10th. We will not sell wristbands during school on the day of the carnival. Please send money and this note filled out in a baggie with your child on any of these days to purchase wristbands at school.

Reminder...Please join us at Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford Elementary on Wednesday, April 3 between 3:45 PM and 5:30 PM for an informal meet-and-greet with Mark Harmon. Mr. Harmon has been selected to serve as superintendent of schools and will begin his tenure on July 1, 2024.

Join us for a meet-and-greet with our incoming superintendent, Mark Harmon! This event will be held at Stafford Elementary on Wednesday, April 3 from 3:45PM to 5:30 PM. This will be an excellent opportunity for our community to personally greet and welcome Mr. Harmon as he prepares to join our district on July 1, 2024. It is a come-and-go affair, so drop by at your convenience to extend a warm welcome and enjoy some refreshments.
