Parents Night Out!

Burcham Elementary Dismissal Reminder

Parents, please remember our daily pickup times:

Kindergarten: 2:50–3:00
First Grade: 3:00–3:10

To keep dismissal moving safely and smoothly, cars should not pull into the pickup lines before their designated times. All lanes in front of the dismissal doors must remain clear until the proper pickup window begins.

First grade parents—please wait until 3:00 to pull up. This allows our kindergarten families full access to their pickup line during their entire scheduled time.

Thank you for working together, showing patience, and offering grace during dismissal. Our top priority is always the safety of every student.

Join us as our first graders spread some Christmas cheer at the Christmas Music Program on Monday, December 15th at the Weatherford Performing Arts Center!

Our students have been practicing and are excited to share a festive performance with families and friends.

We’re excited to celebrate the 13 school days before Christmas break with festive dress-up themes each day! These days are meant to be fun and optional—participate whenever you can and enjoy the holiday spirit!

A huge thank you to the Weatherford Native American Heritage Club for the wonderful assembly at Burcham this morning! Our students loved learning about the rich customs and traditions behind Native American dance. We are so grateful for the opportunity to experience such beautiful culture and storytelling.

Buildings are clear and we will return to school tomorrow as normal 11/14.
