Hi! My name is Gina O’Hara Kardokus. I grew up and graduated from Weatherford.  I attended SWOSU and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. I come from a teaching family, so education has always been very important to me.

    I have been married to Matt Kardokus for 29 years. We are blessed with 3 wonderful children.  Kolton is starting his 2^nd year of Medical school in Tulsa at OSU, his sweet wife Haley is the Events Manager at Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.  Keaton is a busy Senior at OSU studying Marketing, while working fulltime, his sweet wife Lori is teaching and coaching at Yale. My sweet Kinzie is a Junior at WHS and is busy with basketball and golf. I LOVE attending their activities. They keep me busy!!  We attend the First Baptist Church. We have 2 Bassett Hounds, Roscoe and Stella. We have had fun raising puppies this last year. J

    This is my 28th year to teach. Yes! I’m one of the old ones here at Burcham!! I have taught T-1, 1^st, 2^nd, and 5^th grades. This is my 13th^hyear to teach Kindergarten and I LOVE my Kindergarteners! 

    I feel very blessed to teach in such a great school system.  I am looking forward to a GREAT year!! J
